4. Free and paid plans
QRdy offers a free tier and paid plans. Free tier limits may change with reasonable notice. Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice to active subscribers.
5. Service availability
We aim to keep QRdy available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. QRdy is provided "as is" without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Account suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by NZ law, QRdy's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual property
QRdy and its branding, design, and software are owned by QRdy. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of the service without written permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify business account holders by email if changes materially affect their use of the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
