Shubh built QRdy after repeatedly running into the same problem as a customer: waiting for an order or service with no visibility into what was happening. One experience was standing in a takeaway shop after being told an order would be ready in 15 minutes, only to check back and find out it would take longer. Another was leaving his car with a mechanic and having no clear way to know what stage the repair was at while waiting for a call.
QRdy was created to give small businesses a fast, low-effort way to keep customers informed without adding more admin. The goal is simple: less hovering, fewer status calls, and a better waiting experience for both the customer and the business.
