How to manage your plan in QRdy
QRdy offers Pro and Business plans. Plan management lives in Settings. You can upgrade, change plans, and access the billing portal from there at any time.

What each plan includes
Pro
Trackers: 100 new trackers per day
Validity and history: 30-day max validity, 90-day history
WhatsApp: 50 WhatsApp conversations per month
Notifications: Web push, email, WhatsApp-ready intake
Business
Trackers: 200 new trackers per day
Validity and history: 30-day max validity, 1-year history
WhatsApp: 100 WhatsApp conversations per month
Notifications: All paid notification channels
Trial and upgrades
The 14-day Pro trial
New accounts can start a 14-day Pro trial from Settings. The trial gives you full Pro features for 14 days. No commitment is required during the trial period.
Before the 14 days end, choose the paid plan that best fits your business. If your needs grow, you can move from Pro to Business from Settings.
To start Pro, move to Business, or manage billing at any time, go to Settings and select the option you want. The billing portal handles payment. Upgrades take effect immediately.
For WhatsApp usage, Pro includes 50 conversations per month and Business includes 100. If you need more than that, QRdy supports top-up packs separately.

Plan questions
How long is the Pro trial?
The Pro trial is 14 days. You get full access to Pro features during the trial period. Before it ends, choose the paid plan that fits your business to keep using QRdy without interruption.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plan management and the billing portal are both accessible from Settings in your QRdy dashboard. You can move from Pro to Business, or schedule a Business to Pro change from there. Pro includes 50 WhatsApp conversations per month and Business includes 100.
