How to manage your plan in QRdy
QRdy has three plans: Free, Pro, and Business. Plan management lives in Settings. You can upgrade, downgrade, and access the billing portal from there at any time.

What each plan includes
Free
Trackers: 3 new trackers per day
Validity and history: 48-hour active trackers, 30-day history
Notifications: Web push only
Pro
Trackers: 100 new trackers per day
Validity and history: 30-day max validity, 90-day history
Notifications: Web push, email, WhatsApp-ready intake
Business
Trackers: 200 new trackers per day
Validity and history: 30-day max validity, 1-year history
Notifications: All paid notification channels
Trial and upgrades
The 14-day Pro trial
New accounts can start a 14-day Pro trial from Settings. The trial gives you full Pro features for 14 days. No commitment is required during the trial period.
After 14 days, you choose whether to continue on a paid Pro plan or return to Free. If you take no action, the account returns to the Free plan limits.
To upgrade to Pro or Business at any time, go to Settings and select the plan you want. The billing portal handles payment. Upgrades take effect immediately.

How long is the Pro trial?
The Pro trial is 14 days. You get full access to Pro features during the trial period. After 14 days, you can choose to continue on a paid Pro plan or return to the Free plan.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro to Free?
Your account switches to the Free plan limits at the end of your current billing period. Free plan limits are 3 new trackers per day, 48-hour active trackers, and 30-day history. Jobs and history from your Pro period are retained up to the Free retention window.
Where do I manage billing?
Plan management and the billing portal are both accessible from Settings in your QRdy dashboard. From there you can upgrade, downgrade, and access your billing history.
