How to track daily usage in QRdy
QRdy tracks how many new trackers your business creates each day. Each plan has a daily allowance. Knowing where you are against that limit helps you understand whether your current plan fits your volume.
Where to find it
Trackers today
Your daily tracker count is visible in your dashboard. It shows how many new trackers have been created so far today, and what your plan allows per day.
Each time a customer scans your QR code and completes check-in, a new tracker is created and counted against your daily allowance. Existing active jobs from previous days do not affect today's count.
The count resets at the start of each new day.
WhatsApp usage
Checking your WhatsApp usage
If you are on a plan that includes WhatsApp notifications, your WhatsApp usage is visible in Settings. It shows how many WhatsApp conversations have been used in the current billing period.
WhatsApp usage only applies when a customer opts in to WhatsApp notifications during check-in and the business plan supports it. If you are on the Free plan, WhatsApp is not available.

Here is what each plan includes for daily usage:
Free
- 3 new trackers per day
- 48-hour active trackers, 30-day history
- Web push only
Pro
- 100 new trackers per day
- 30-day max validity, 90-day history
- Web push, email, WhatsApp-ready intake
Business
- 200 new trackers per day
- 30-day max validity, 1-year history
- All paid notification channels
If you reach your daily limit, new check-ins will not create additional trackers until the following day. Existing active jobs continue to work normally.

Usage questions answered
What counts as a tracker for my daily allowance?
Each new job created when a customer scans and checks in counts as one tracker. Existing active jobs that were created on a previous day do not count toward today's allowance. The daily count resets at the start of each new day.
What happens when I reach my daily tracker limit?
When the daily allowance is reached, new customer check-ins cannot create additional trackers until the count resets the following day. Existing active jobs continue to work normally. If you regularly hit your limit, upgrading your plan will increase your daily allowance.
Where do I see my WhatsApp usage?
WhatsApp usage is visible in Settings. It shows how many WhatsApp conversations have been used in the current billing period. This is only relevant if you are on a plan that includes WhatsApp notifications.
Can I get more trackers per day without upgrading my plan?
No. The daily tracker allowance is set by your plan. Free gives you 3 new trackers per day. Pro gives you 100. Business gives you 200. To increase your daily allowance, you need to upgrade to a higher plan.
