How to update your business info and branding

Your business name, phone, address, and timezone are all editable from Settings. Logo branding for customer-facing status pages is available on paid plans.

Where to go

Finding Settings

From any page in your dashboard, tap Settings in the main navigation. Your business information fields are on the Settings page.

Changes to business info take effect immediately. There is no separate publish step.

What you can edit

Business info fields

Business name

The name customers see on their status page. Use the name your customers know, not a legal entity name they would not recognise.

Phone number

Optional. If set, it can appear in your business profile for customers who need to contact you directly.

Address

Optional. Useful if customers need to know where to come for collection.

Timezone

Sets the timezone used for job timestamps and history records. Set this to the timezone your business operates in.

Branding

Adding your logo

On Pro and Business plans, you can upload a logo from Settings. Once uploaded, your logo appears on the customer-facing status pages that your customers see when they scan in.

Logo branding is not available on the Free plan. If you are on Free and want to add your logo, you will need to upgrade first.

Business info questions

Where do I update my business name in QRdy?

Go to Settings in the main navigation. Your business name and other business details are editable from that page. Changes take effect immediately.

Does my business name appear on the customer status page?

Yes. The business name you set in Settings is what customers see on their status page. Keeping it accurate and recognisable helps customers identify whose status page they are looking at.

Can I add a logo to customer-facing pages?

Logo branding is available on Pro and Business plans. Once you are on a paid plan, you can upload a logo from Settings and it will appear on the customer-facing status pages for your business.

Why does the timezone setting matter?

The timezone setting affects how times are displayed across your dashboard, including job timestamps and history records. Setting it to your local timezone ensures the times you see match your working day.
