How to use QRdy history
Once a job is completed or cancelled, it moves out of your active dashboard view and into History. You can access History from the navigation at any time to look up past jobs.
Finding History
Where to find History and what it shows
Select History from the dashboard navigation. Jobs are listed in reverse chronological order, most recent first.
Each history record shows the customer name or reference number, the date and time the job was created, the final stage reached, and whether the job was completed or cancelled. You can see how long the job was active and when it was closed.
Both completed and cancelled jobs appear in History. If you need to look up whether a particular customer came in last week or what stage a job reached before it was cancelled, History is where to find it.
Retention by plan
How long history is kept
How far back History goes depends on your current plan.
Free

Pro
90-day history
Business

After the retention window, jobs are no longer accessible. If your business needs to look up jobs from several months ago, a Pro or Business plan is required.
