What to do if you close your QRdy status page
Closing the page does not lose your place. Your status page is a regular URL that stays active for the life of your job. Here is how to get back to it.

Bookmark it when you first open it
The easiest way to avoid losing the page is to bookmark it immediately after it opens. On most phones, tap the share icon or the address bar and choose Add to Bookmarks or Add to Home Screen. This gives you a tap-to-open shortcut for as long as you need it.

How to get back if you did not bookmark it
Find it via a notification
If you opted in to WhatsApp, email, or browser push notifications during check-in, every notification you receive contains a link back to your status page. Tap any notification to return to it.
Check your browser history
If you opened the page in the same browser on the same device, it will be in your recent history. Look for a URL from the business or containing a long unique code.
Ask the business
If you cannot find the page any other way, give the business your name or order reference. They can look up your job in their dashboard and share your status page link directly.

Does closing the page delete my job status?
No. Closing the browser tab or app does not affect your job at all. The status page is a regular URL that stays active until the job is completed or the retention period ends. When you go back to it, it will show the current status.
What if I did not bookmark it and have no notifications?
